I sometimes feel as though I am the only person who has not gotten hooked on Empire. When I tell someone that I don't regularly watch the show they look at me like I am a unicorn and like they are wondering where I came from. Lol.
Don't get me wrong, I had every intention of tuning in but I don't really watch a lot of television as it is. However, my niece came over one night and was watching the show. It was the episode where he thought he killed someone but he didn't. I remember at the end of the episode thinking to myself "Why in the world am I not watching this show?"
I think I need to read this book that I picked up (Empire: The Unauthorized Untold Story*) -- available now in my eBay store) and then start binge watching the show. I'm sure by the end I'll be as mesmerized as everyone else. Cookie is phenomenal to watch.
